The Faculty of Law and Political Science is located in the town of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. It offers its 3000 students optimal studying conditions in a high quality environment.
The Faculty of Law and Political Science offers a wide range of study programmes in Law and Political Science for the three degrees (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate) thanks to the variety and breadth of the courses offered by its four departments (private law, public law, history of law and political science). Its research activities are organised around four research poles. It also provides an e-learning programme in collaboration with the Université numérique juridique francophone (UNJF - francophone digital law university) which enables students to graduate with a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in law.
Closely linked to the legal profession, the Faculty of Law and Political Science includes the Institut d'Etudes Judiciaires (IEJ - Institute for judicial studies) an institute with an excellent reputation which prepares students for the entrance examination to the Centre regional de Formation professionnelle des Avocats (CRFPA - Regional Bar School) and for the entrance examination to the École Nationale de la Magistrature (ENM - National School of Magistracy)

The Faculty's educational resources are at the service of its students, enabling them to graduate with quality degrees highly regarded by the business world and giving access to both national and local civil services.
In keeping with its commitment to educate the lawyers and jurists of the 21st century, the Faculty of Law and Political Science is involved in international academic cooperation (coopération universitaire internationale) thus offering its students the possibility of enriching their university career by studying abroad. In turn, it hosts students from around the world.
